Full Time Membership Advisor
We are looking for a Full Time Membership Advisor to join our Hayes Valley Club Live Fit Gym and Wellness Club in Castro | Fairmont Hotel | Inner Richmond | Hayes Valley | Cole Valley | Mission | Bush St | Polk St.
We're a full-service boutique-style health club specializing in wellness and personal training services. We procure a high-end experience and welcoming community atmosphere with state-of-the-art equipment and resources for all our members and colleagues. Founded in 2007, Live Fit Gym and Wellness Club strives to help our community through fitness, wellness, and a connection to mind and body.

About the Position: Full Time Membership Advisor
This Membership Advisor Sales position requires someone energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented! We are looking for a Membership advisor, Full Time- shift 12pm-8pm, 4 days a week and Saturdays 9am to 2pm.
- Knows and surpasses daily sales goals, professionally and effectively presenting our Wellness & Fitness Plans.
- Handles all Prospects, guest traffic, phone inquiries, scheduling of appointments, etc.
- Conduct high quality tours of facility.
- Provide outstanding customer service. Interact and observe members, make recommendations and proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of the Live Fit brand, Wellness Services and facilities.
- Work from front desk, answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner.
- Initiate the selling of personal training, massage, and all ancillary services at point of sale.
- Create friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
- Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
- Maintain professional manner at all times.
- Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management.
- Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
- You must be reliable and timely for all work.

Qualifications:
Self motivator with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong interpersonal skills, and who is courteous, respectful, and supportive of others needs towards colleagues and clients.
