Hiring Now: Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Part-Time Days

Location: Valrico FL
Schedule: Part-Time (2 days) 8a-5p; 9a-6p

Are you an RN or LPN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care? NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive home environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
• Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus

• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment

Required at Application

• Nursing license, driver’s license, and social security card
• CPR (AHA or ARC)
• Recent physical (within 6 months) & TB test (within 1 year)

Pay Range

• LPN: $23 – $33/hr
• RN: $32– $35/hr
