Our platform enables insurers to automate and optimize claims operations end-to-end, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering a superior customer experience through data-driven decision-makingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and lead Five Sigma’s global partnerships strategy. This role reports to the CRO and will be responsible for creating a scalable growth engine through strategic alliances with insurance carriers, system integrators, and technology partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s global partnerships strategy aligned with growth objectivesIdentify, develop, and close strategic partnerships (insurance carriers, TPAs, system integrators, and technology partners)Build and drive joint Go-To-Market strategies with partnersGenerate and manage pipeline through partnerships and support deals through to closureEstablish and maintain executive-level relationships with key partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teamsDevelop commercial models, partnership agreements, and incentive structuresTrack, measure, and optimize partnership performanceRequirements:8–12 years of experience in business development and partnerships, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership roleExperience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain, including familiarity with core insurance systems and processes (policy, claims, billing)Proven experience working with or alongside Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), including joint engagements or partnership modelsProven track record of building partnerships from the ground upDeep understanding of SaaS business models and Go-To-Market strategiesExperience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology ecosystemsDemonstrated ability to generate revenue through partnershipsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
