# Head of PartnershipsRemote · US Full-time $130k – $180k / year SeniorBusiness DevelopmentRemote### Apply for this role## About the RoleWe're seeking a Head of Partnerships to build and scale Rolestar's partner ecosystem. You'll forge relationships with universities, bootcamps, career coaches, and enterprise HR teams to expand our reach and create new revenue channels.## Responsibilities* •Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnership opportunities* •Build and manage relationships with universities, bootcamps, and workforce development organizations* •Develop co-marketing programs and integration partnerships* •Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner success* •Represent Rolestar at industry events and conferences* •Report on partnership pipeline and revenue contribution to leadership## Requirements* •5+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally in HR tech, ed-tech, or SaaS* •Proven track record of closing and scaling partnership deals* •Strong network in the career services, higher education, or talent acquisition space* •Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills* •Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from scratch in a startup environmentfor details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
