We are looking for driven individuals to join Farmers Insurance as Sales Agents. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, generating new business, and helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most.

You don't need to come from the insurance industry. Sales experience is a plus, but we are primarily looking for the right personality, work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Sell Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other insurance products

Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

Educate customers and recommend insurance solutions based on their individual needs

Follow up consistently with prospects and leads

Identify cross-selling opportunities within your customer base

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Work toward individual sales and business-growth goals

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous sales, customer service, business development, or relationship-building experience is a plus, but not required

Property Casualty and/or Life Health insurance license preferred

Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the required insurance licenses

Basic computer and technology skills

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Must meet applicable Farmers appointment, background, licensing, and program eligibility requirements
