Job TitlePay Rate: $20 per hourSummary:Start Date: 11/09/2026Location: Warwick, RIWork Mode: Virtual roles predominantly work from a home office with periodic visits to the assigned GCSO office as neededResponsibilities:Handle inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or emailResolve complex customer issues with effective listening skills and attention to detailProvide excellent service to customers with insurance or other financial service productsResearch requests regarding various product aspects, policy provisions, claim status, and basic proceduresEfficiently process transactions and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areasEnhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and the company using strong communication skillsSupport special product and/or service campaigns as neededAccess and navigate multiple electronic systems to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiriesPerform responsibilities in a professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal, and high-quality service skillsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of customer service experienceFlexible to work specific shifts during hours of operation between 8:00am – 8:00pm EST, Monday through FridayAbility to work overtime and flexible shifts based on business needsHigh School diploma or GEDPreferred Skills:Some college experience, trade, or professional certificationInsurance or financial services industry experience or product-specific experiencePrior call center experience is highly preferredAbility to learn quickly and continuously develop functional knowledge of company productsStrong computer/keyboard skills and solid math, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSuperb listening skills and professional oral & written communication skillsAbility to inspire trust and accountability through an empathetic communication style
