Responsibilities Responsible for handling all referrals and precertifications with insurance companies in order to facilitate accurate scheduling of appointments with referrals sources in the community. Ability to alphabetize,attention to details, interact effectively with different types of people able to handle stressful situations. Mails, phones and faxes information as needed in a timely manner to verify that all necessary information is available to referral sources the day of the patient's appointment. Qualifications Job Requirements: One year prior medical office or hospital experience. Data entry experience desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs i.e. WORD, Excel, Outlook Broad knowledge of general office equipment, including 10 key. #J-18808-Ljbffr
