Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Multi-Office, 4 Week

Haltom Orthodontics is a premier provider of orthodontic care in New Mexico. Established in 1970 by Dr. Tucker Haltom and led by Dr. Darren Haltom since 2012, our practice has proudly served New Mexico families for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our patients. As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between our practice and prospective patients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our orthodontic treatments. This role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their dream smiles. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment options, financial plans, and ultimately assisting them in making informed decisions about their orthodontic care. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective patients, providing detailed information on orthodontic treatments and options. Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our orthodontic services, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have. Develop and present personalized financial plans, working closely with patients to find suitable payment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging referrals. Track and report on key performance metrics related to patient conversions and sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the healthcare or orthodontic field. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
