Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information related to students’ emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop personalized, strengths-based treatment plans that cater specifically to the individual needs of each student.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, school counselors, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and referrals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Medi-Cal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and organized.

• Engage in regular case consultation and participate in team meetings to share best practices and receive continuous professional development.

• Advocate for students and their families, providing crisis intervention when necessary and empowering clients by navigating complex social systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with trauma, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in good standing within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
