Position Overview MadaLuxe is seeking an organized, primary administrator for all day-to-day operational function of a growing division within our organization, including order processing and maintenance, allocations, warehouse flow, etc. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Operations Coordinator will support this growing division as a primary point of contact for a multitude of cross-functional teams. It is important that a successful Operations Coordinator have a strong work ethic, an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and be able to change priorities as needed with clear and consistent communication. Key Responsibilities Execute accurate and timely order entry, processing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Oversee order allocation and support the efficient flow of goods through the warehouse to optimize fulfillment accuracy and turnaround times. Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for Sales Reps, delivering responsive assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service. Support the standardization, documentation, and refinement of daily operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Reinforce consistent quality practices across all operational functions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills while working cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives. Highly motivated team player, capable of achieving set objectives Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations/sales support role, preferably within a luxury environment ERP experience is required, RLM experience preferred EDI experience Effective time management and adherence to deadlines Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Must be a team player Excellent verbal and written skills are essential Critical skills of analytical decision making #J-18808-Ljbffr
