Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Job Description

Ready to build your career with one of Spokane's leading concrete contractors? We're looking for a hands-on Carpenter Foreman to lead crews and support commercial construction projects focused on Tilt-Up and Cast-in-Place concrete work .

• Lead and work alongside carpenters and laborers
• Build concrete forms according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Monitor and assist with concrete panel pours
• Ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule

✅ 2+ years of commercial construction experience

✅ Experience with carpentry, formwork, or concrete construction

✅ Ability to read blueprints

✅ Skilled with hand and power tools

✅ Tilt-Up and Cast-in-Place experience preferred

✅ Leadership or foreman experience is a plus

$21-$25/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
