Paramount Senior Living is seeking a senior living sales manager to lead occupancy growth through lead generation, relationship building, community tours, and move-in conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in sales, admissions, business development, healthcare marketing, or senior living sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them feel confident in choosing our community.
