ARCO's best-in-class benefits and superior compensation are what set us apart from the competition and continue to attract top industry talent.Industry-leading performance-based bonus program100% employer-funded ESOP to all associatesTraditional and Roth 401k1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel3 weeks of vacation1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverage100% paid 12-week maternity leaveScholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per childTuition reimbursement for associatesPrimary Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the marketing departmentAssist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functionsOrder corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materialsConduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiativesCoordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional itemsCreate graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaignsHelp maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databasesWork closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activitiesAssist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materialsMaintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assetsHelp maintain inventory of marketing materials and event suppliesPerform other duties as assignedGeneral Responsibilities:Support special projects and marketing initiatives as assignedCollaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand standards across all materialsBuild positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendorsPrioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentNecessary Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related fieldInternship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not requiredStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is strongly preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn digital marketing toolsPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
