In this role, you will implement cost‑effective strategies for equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and site capabilities across the manufacturing network. Your responsibilities include executing productivity projects, maintaining quality, optimizing maintenance expenditures, and building capability. Job Responsibilities Implement maintenance cost optimization initiatives Reduce maintenance costs across Danone North America Participate with Engineering on capital projects and innovation to ensure maintenance cost efficiency Lead best‑practice identification and deployment across the manufacturing network Drive reduction of maintenance costs through supplier management, sourcing strategies, and partner collaboration Benchmark maintenance best practices and drive standardized implementation Partner with relevant functions to ensure maintenance cost optimization Review and implement reverse engineering opportunities and alternative strategies to reduce maintenance repair parts inventory and spend Implement standardized storeroom best practices and a regional approach to spare parts to reduce inventory and improve availability Support development and implementation of a technical training center for capability building Operational Execution Provide local support in the implementation of Infosys as an external partner to standardize purchasing practices and reduce overall maintenance spend Ensure MVP is optimized to minimize excess spare parts inventory Assist manufacturing plants in the development of annual maintenance budgets and forecast updates Standardize PM plans and execution across similar technologies and platforms in the organization Provide support to manufacturing sites to enable sustainable execution of maintenance initiatives Develop and review scorecard and metrics on PM execution Compensation Salary range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD. Salary may vary based on experience, location, equity, and market conditions. The position is hybrid – employees work from the office at least 3 days per week and may work from home on a schedule agreed with the supervisor. Travel may be up to 50% based on location.
