Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Current physical examination (within the past year) PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or chest X-ray (within the past 5 years) MMR immunization records (within the past 10 years)
