Membership and Customer Service Specialist

Position Summary We’re looking for entry level or semi-experienced enthusiastic teammates to join our winning squad at Orangetheory studios in Lake Worth, Wellington, and Royal Palm Beach. Key Qualities Passionate, positive, and able to talk to anyone Enjoy being part of a team and have an energetic personality Excellent communication skills and willing to learn Enjoys dogs Responsibilities Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Presenting the Orangetheory concept to any interested consumers Working at the front desk: answering phones, getting to know members, and providing a premier customer service experience so everyone feels amazing when they enter Presenting and selling membership options based on the recommendations provided by the coach Giving studio tours Working hand‑in‑hand with coaches and the Studio Manager to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout Handling members’ concerns in a professional, empathetic, and objective manner Participating in marketing and outreach events such as festivals, 5K races, marathons, and community events Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized Attending at least two Orangetheory classes per week as part of the position Compensation Hourly rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour Requirements No experience required.
