Patient population: strokes (ischemic, hemorrhagic [SAH]), SDH, craniotomies, carotid stents, carotid endarterectomies, aneurysm coiling/clipping, seizures, Depth electrodes, myasthenia gravis. Drains used: EVDs, LDs, hemovacs, Camino (ICP monitoring) SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Comprehensive Stroke Center SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: EVD, Lumbar Drains, Camino, LICOX, NICOM and Arctic Sun. UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Per the Unit Needs UNIT ORIENTATION: 24.0 Hours; 2 days or 2 nights SCRUBS: Navy blue & White. *** INTERNAL NOTES *** ***Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for, this specialty*** ***MUST have 2 YEARS in NEURO ICU, IF NOT PLEASE REDIRECT*** ***STRONG Neuro Critical Care Background, not just general ICU.
