Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school setting or a strong interest in working with school-aged populations
• Proficient in delivering assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads and maintain detailed records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for incoming and existing students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student's unique needs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student goals
• Maintain detailed progress notes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that empowers student growth and achievement
