Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Based, North County

Overview Area: San Diego, CA. Role: BCBA. Start ASAP with potential for continued service into the next school year. Responsibilities Work with students with special needs across the district, providing a mix of 1:1 and classroom support. Train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, principals, and parents to develop strategies supporting student goals and needs. Serve as a positive, nurturing guide to support students’ academic and emotional development. Assist teachers with students’ behavioral needs within the classroom to foster an optimal educational environment. Provide direct services to students in all classroom settings and train staff on student behaviors. Qualifications Master’s degree. BCBA license. Strong assessment and behavioral analysis skills. Willingness to support student learning and collaborate in a team environment. Experience working with children, including handling physically aggressive individuals.
