Business Systems Analyst
Our client, a Mutual Insurance Holding company, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for their Jacksonville, FL/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs to determine technical requirements, designing and supporting modification of computer programs and systems, researching solutions for system problems, preparing system requirements, leading a systematic process for capturing requirements, validating design documentation, developing test scenarios and contingency plans, and ensuring adherence to practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements include strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio, ability to write simple to complex SQL queries, experience in application development, testing, and/or business/systems analysis role, various domain experience, experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology, and 3-5 years' experience in application development, testing, and/or business/systems analysis role. Required education is a HS Diploma or GED.
