Position Overview
As a Property Management Associate , you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy property management office by coordinating administrative, operational, and financial activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

The role is heavily administrative, with responsibilities that include customer interaction, invoice processing, insurance verification, and office support in a dynamic New York office environment.


Work Environment

• Busy office setting
• Fast-paced and high-volume workload
• Onsite support for the Hiring Manager and office operations

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Respond to and organize emails
• Verify Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Enter and process invoices within company systems
• Issue employee or visitor identification badges as needed
• Support general administrative and property management functions
• Assist with departmental and financial coordination activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate business systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Accounting or invoice-processing experience
• Experience with administrative support functions
