About the Role

You'll build and lead an integrated growth strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth while protecting contribution margin across the KitBash portfolio. Your contributions will have real impact by building awareness that introduces creators to ArtStation, Sketchfab, KitBash3D, and Greyscalegorilla, and driving the strategy that turns them into paying subscribers.

You'll step into existing channels, campaigns, and partner relationships on day one, with real momentum already behind them. Your job is to quickly take ownership and use your expertise to sharpen and evolve our growth marketing engine as the business scales. We're looking for someone who moves independently and knows how to find the real opportunity without a fully mapped-out strategy.

You'll work as a senior individual contributor with real ownership over strategy and the autonomy to bring your ideas to life, partnering closely with the broader Marketing department, Business Development, Operations, Product, and Creative Content teams to turn insight into action. You'll bring the acquisition expertise and growth instincts; they'll bring domain knowledge and craft. Together, you'll build something neither could build alone.

Location: This position can be remote or hybrid and is open to candidates based in OR, WA, CA, FL, TX, IL, IN, MI, FL, SC, NC, TN. Local candidates have the option to work out of our office located in Portland, Oregon.

What You'll Contribute

• Lead customer acquisition strategy. Own how we bring new subscribers and studio clients into KitBash by deciding where to invest across paid, organic, and partner channels, and building the strategy that drives sustainable growth.
• Grow our organic and AI-search presence. Own SEO strategy and execution, and help us stay ahead of how creators discover tools as AI-powered search (GEO) reshapes how people find and evaluate brands online.
• Build our B2B pipeline engine. Design and run lead capture, segmentation, and qualification systems. Partner with Business Development to define lead criteria, segment studio leads from individual creators, and ensure a seamless handoff for enterprise opportunities. 
• Turn traffic into revenue. Build and continuously improve segmented landing pages, tailored offers, and conversion paths that align with specific creator personas, platforms, and studio use-cases to maximize subscription and pipeline conversion. 
• Direct paid media performance. Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign execution across search and social channels end-to-end. Use performance data to guide creative iteration, working with our Creative Content and Product teams to brief new assets and sharpen what's already working.
• Run a fast, disciplined testing program. Bring a test-and-learn mindset across your channels, using data to decide where to double down and where to pull back.
• Bring the customer's voice into growth. Partner with Product to understand what our tools solve for creators and studios, and translate that into acquisition messaging that resonates. Share what you learn from the market back with Product, creating a feedback loop that sharpens both our growth strategy and our product story.
• Report on what matters. Build the forecasts and reporting that keep leadership focused on the metrics that count and use what you learn to keep sharpening the strategy.
• Contribute to the full customer journey. Your work sets customers up for a strong start, and you'll partner with our broader Marketing team to make sure that momentum carries through onboarding and beyond.
• Work with AI as a daily habit. Use AI tools like Claude or Gemini as part of your daily workflow to accelerate your work.
  

What You Bring to the Team

• 7+ years in digital marketing, including 5+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing, with real ownership over strategy and budget.
• Experience building or substantially evolving acquisition or demand-gen programs, ideally including SEO/organic strategy.
• Proven experience directly setting paid media strategy, allocating ad budgets, and executing paid campaigns across channels to hit measurable business targets.
• Experience partnering with sales or business development teams on lead qualification and handoff.
• Fluency with web analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, PostHog, or similar).
• A genuine habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Comfort getting oriented in an existing but evolving function, you can pick up context quickly and don't need a tightly structured onboarding to start contributing.
• Strong data-fluency and communication skills, you can turn data into a story that moves people to action.

Bonus Points

• Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue businesses.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Ortto
• Familiarity with GEO or emerging AI-search visibility practices.
• A product marketing mindset, you are comfortable translating customer needs and product value into messaging that drives growth.
• Experience marketing to creative or technical audiences

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation : We believe in transparency and fairness in our hiring process. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $110,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for profit interest units as part of our total compensation package. Offers will generally fall within this range and take into account various factors including the responsibilities of the position, location of the applicant, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications of the applicant. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of where they may fall within the stated range.
