About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP of Affinity Partnerships with a focus on mortgage. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a national affinity strategy that is in line with a retail, branch-driven model. This includes the identification and establishment of partnerships with various financial institutions and real estate entities. The role also involves sourcing, structuring, and closing agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SVP will be expected to build and maintain executive-level relationships, design lead flow processes, and drive the adoption of the partnership model through training and alignment with loan officer incentives. Performance metrics and continuous refinement of partner models are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the SVP of Affinity Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in mortgage and/or financial institution partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record in building channels that support a distributed salesforce, a strong understanding of loan officer behavior, and purchase market dynamics are essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. Experience with banks or credit unions that lack mortgage scale is preferred.
