Sr Program Manager (342552) Job Number: 342552 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Program Manager to support strategic weapon system and subsystem technical design solutions for our Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, planning, execution, and test‑and‑evaluation aspects of advanced programs, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and that programs are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of all program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost‑effective manner. Lead collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including design, execution, integration, and testing, to develop and implement program plans. Perform as Control Account Manager responsible for program management budget, including development of a budgetary baseline, review of actual costs, variance analysis, monthly latest revised estimate updates, Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast updates. Follow management program processes, plans, and procedures to ensure program execution follows AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices. Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval. Function as the primary company interface to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline required. 10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense industry. 5+ years of program management experience on Defense Programs. Experience evaluating program risks and opportunities. Execution of Earned Value Management System programs. Experience working with diverse, multifunctional teams. Strong written and oral presentation skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Ability to travel ~25%. Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to program information; Secret clearance required, Top Secret clearance preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working on Military Weapons System Development. PMP certification or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred. Benefits Flexible work schedules.
