A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of employment.
