• Conduct routine as well as advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for laboratory testing when needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new staff or students, and uphold the highest lab standards.
• Foster a safe and clean working environment, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Possess ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your employment.
