Job Summary
AbbVie is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager PMO to support its global CRM transformation from Veeva CRM to Salesforce within the International Customer Excellence (ICEx) organization. This business-facing Program Management role will drive cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and project execution across global affiliates. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise transformation programs in highly matrixed environments and excels in executive communication and organizational change.

- Strong PMO governance, planning, risk management, and reporting expertise.
- Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to create executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate project execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or Salesforce transformation programs.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience.
- Exposure to change management methodologies and global commercial organizations.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
