Experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator | ONQ & Delphi Experience Required | Weekly PayLocation: New York, NYPay: $26.00/hour - Paid WeeklyWe're looking for an Experienced Hotel Sales Coordinator to join a professional and fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with ONQ and Delphi hotel systems.What You'll DoSupport the hotel sales team with daily administrative and operational tasksManage and maintain group bookings, client information, and sales records in ONQ and DelphiAssist with proposals, contracts, booking details, and client follow-upsCoordinate group reservations, meetings, events, and special requestsEnter and update room blocks, group information, and client details accuratelyCommunicate with clients, hotel departments, and vendors to ensure all requests are handled efficientlyAssist with preparing sales reports, presentations, contracts, and other sales-related documentsCoordinate site visits, client appointments, and property toursFollow up with prospective and existing clients regarding inquiries, bookings, and upcoming eventsMaintain accurate calendars, schedules, and sales activity reportsMonitor deadlines and ensure all sales and group-related tasks are completed on timeProvide professional and responsive customer service to clients and guestsAssist the Sales Manager and hotel leadership with special projects and other sales initiativesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious hotel sales, sales coordination, or hospitality experience REQUIREDHands-on experience with ONQ and Delphi REQUIREDStrong understanding of hotel group sales, reservations, and event coordinationProfessional and polished customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficient with Microsoft Office, email, and hotel-related systemsAble to work independently and take initiativeStrong problem-solving and multitasking skillsStable and reliable work history preferredDependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent scheduleAbility to work effectively with hotel management, sales teams, clients, and other departmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceWeekly payConsistent work opportunityProfessional hotel environmentOpportunity to work closely with an experienced hospitality sales teamIf you have hotel sales experience with strong ONQ and Delphi knowledge and are ready to contribute to a professional and fast-paced hotel environment, apply today!I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
