Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification for General Education (Colorado preferred)
• Proven experience or strong knowledge in teaching ELA to elementary or middle school students
• Ability to create inclusive, dynamic, and differentiated lesson plans that address various learning styles
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset within a team-focused setting

• Prepare and deliver engaging ELA lessons aligned with state and district standards
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction strategies accordingly
