Key Responsibilities\n

The clients you will be serving at Eagle Rock Behavioral Health range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid counseling license in Virginia as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy, with proficiency in virtual care environments.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
