Remedy Staffing is hiring for a company in the Erie area seeking a receptionist!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Job Overview

Remedy Staffing is currently seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join a busy office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with filing, scanning, and general office organization
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
