Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence
• Coordinate and track deadlines, court dates, and filings
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Assist with discovery, including document production, review, and deposition preparation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trial
• File legal documents electronically (e-filing) in state and federal courts

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (varies by employer)
• Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and legal terminology
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-discovery platforms
• Familiarity with trial preparation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
