Position Details Full-time (100%) Work Shift: Days Pay Range: $37.09 - $58.02 Retention Incentive: $5,000 Weekends & Holiday Shifts: No On Call Shifts: No Job Description Work under the direction of a Physician, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant‑Certified (PA‑C) in outpatient practice. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients in the clinic. Coordinate care for patients and interpret data reflecting patient status to identify individual care requirements. Advocate for patient‑centered care and provide care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Participate in patient and family teaching. Maintain professional nursing practice standards in the outpatient setting. Demonstrate Olympic Medical Center’s values and promote a positive professional nursing image. Education & Experience Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. BSN or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year experience in an ambulatory medical clinic preferred. Experience with specific clinic patient populations (e.g., oncology, urology, OB‑GYN) preferred. Licensure & Credentials Current Washington State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR certification.
