Flexible schedule with shifts as needed 7 days a week Competitive hourly pay rate with weekly direct deposit Supportive environment with dedicated ED RN staff and innovative EMR (Meditech) Quick Facts Location: 500 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI 49930 Start Date: 07/18/2026 Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7 days a week (specific dates: 09/09/2026 – 09/11/2026) with potential for future assignments Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (onsite orientation required 1 day prior to first shift) Hours/week: 40+ Employment Type: Weekly pay, W-2 contract License/Certifications: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (Required) Experience: Previous ER experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (per internal note; pay package discussed upon application) Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Provide emergency medical care to a diverse patient population, averaging 36 patients per day Collaborate with ED RN staff and one advanced practice provider to ensure swift, quality care Document patient encounters accurately using Meditech EMR system Handle an average of 3 admissions per shift Support inpatient and outpatient responsibilities as needed Participate in onsite orientation prior to first shift to ensure seamless integration What You Need Required: MD or DO with Board Certification in Emergency Medicine Active Michigan medical license or eligibility Proficiency in Meditech EMR system and emergency procedures Preferred: Prior ER or acute care experience Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy ED setting About the Assignment This assignment is located at a well-respected hospital offering a supportive environment with dedicated staff.
