Contact Center Representative

Providing timely access to care, the full-time Contact Center Representative will engage with patients and physicians to manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient communication, all while working remotely in the MA/CT area. Key responsibilities: Responds to requests from physicians and community providers to facilitate patient access to care Engages directly with patients to support prompt and appropriate appointment scheduling Documents and processes information accurately using established protocols and clinical systems Required qualifications: Two years of experience in a physician office or customer service setting Completion of a medical terminology course or willingness to complete it within one year of hire GED or HiSET required Proficiency in using various clinical and administrative computer applications Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
