Contact Center Representative We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Contact Center Representative job opportunity with an established credit union that is committed to delivering exceptional member service while fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace where employees are valued and encouraged to grow. The Contact Center Representative is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include: Prepares and processes transaction requests received by telephone, such as withdrawals, transfers, and closing/opening of secondary share accounts; such as checking, holiday, certificates, etc. Responds to member inquiries and requests such as duplicate statements/copies of checks, payment/deposit research, mails out brochures, forms, and other various letters. Assists with general Credit Union information relating to savings rates, loan rates, Visa, check accounts, etc. Provides superior and quality member service with ongoing efficient and accurate transaction/DocuSign processing. Understands and adheres to all credit union policies, procedures, safety practices, and security measures relating to one's work. Which includes accessing the Wizard daily to ensure a thorough understanding of credit union products/services, policies and procedures. Sets up and resets Touch-Tel-24 and Online Banking PIN numbers, including assisting members on how to use the services. Completes requests for Check Card reorders, stop payments, etc., and places them in the appropriate file bin to be forwarded to the appropriate department for completion. Ensures all lost/stolen identification, Check Cards, Visa cards or checks are reported to the appropriate department immediately via email. Required qualifications for the position include: 1 year contact center experience required. 1 Year credit union experience required. A good understanding of teller and operations regulations, and Credit Union's products and services is required, as well as ability to use standard office equipment. Customer service-oriented. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Symitar preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Pay Rate Range: $22.50 - $24.91 an hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
