TikTok Shop - Product Manager, Aftersales

Responsibilities Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design and providing TikTok users with great shopping experience and product solution. Be responsible for daily team management and cooperation with key stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years work experience in customer products. Experience as a product manager or product developer. Excellent communication skills, data driven ability, and be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations. Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap; provide localized shopping experience. Preferred Qualifications Have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business and customers, and the ability to understand the new business models. Benefits & Compensation The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176,320 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
