As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Warehouse in Hebron, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working as part of a team that values innovation and integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or site concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by location policies, and report unauthorized persons and/or suspicious behavior.
- Support a professional environment at a fast-paced technology location by assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
