What You'll Do

• Provide holistic family medicine care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric unit, ages 10 and above
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population, including elderly individuals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and well-being
• Document patient interactions accurately in compliance with facility protocols
• Support the expansion efforts by providing stable, long-term care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) license
• 2+ years of clinical experience in family or mental health care
• Ability to work independently within scope of practice in Massachusetts
• Reliable transportation to commute to Natick campus
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Experience working in psychiatric inpatient settings
• Credentialed at Leonard campus or similar mental health facilities
• Proven stability and commitment to long-term employment
