he Human Resources Department is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support the maintenance and organization of high-volume, confidential HR records. This part-time position requires someone who is methodical, organized, and understands the importance of data protection and confidentiality. Ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule and a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and file documents alphabetically and by relevance, content, and date
- Create and maintain file folders and update existing records
- Purge outdated or unnecessary files in accordance with retention guidelines
- Ensure all data handling aligns with confidentiality and compliance policies
- Monitor inventory of filing supplies and report when restocking is needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar file clerk or administrative support role
- Familiarity with filing systems and records management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Dependability and discretion when handling confidential information
