Account Executive - Home Health

About the Role Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources — hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, discharge planners — to drive new patient admissions and expand our footprint in your market. Analyze market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize your time and focus on the highest-impact accounts. What We’re Looking For Proven field Sales, Marketing, or Account Executive experience, preferably in home health. Hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy backgrounds will be considered for strong candidates. Independent, self-driven, and competitive . You take ownership of your accounts and hold yourself accountable to results. Data and results-oriented mindset.
