We already use AI across the product: member facing agents, clinical copilots, automated triage, intelligent care workflows. Our goal is to bring the cost of healthcare down dramatically while providing an incredible experience for both our members and clinicians. AI isn’t a feature on our roadmap, it’s how we think about every feature on our roadmap. We’re a Series B company with over 200 people, growing fast. Our product and engineering team is distributed across the US and Austria, and we’re scaling it significantly. What it is The Enterprise Account Executive at 9amHealth is a strategic and versatile role focused on driving new business by selling digital health solutions to the largest and most strategic target employer clients. This role is key to securing commercial sales opportunities, building strong market partnerships with health plans and PBMs, and developing scalable strategies for employer adoption. By expanding 9amHealth’s presence in the employer benefits space, this role ensures broader access to our innovative virtual cardiometabolic care offerings. The position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and market impact. We’re looking to hire one candidate for the Northeast and one for the West. What you’ll do Utilize past experiences, relationships, and market knowledge to drive new business with large employers with 5K to 25K employees Lead end-to-end commercial sales opportunities from sourcing to managing the pipeline to closing deals Partner with the Consultant Relations Team to build relationships and develop leads from employer benefits consultants Work closely with your Sales Development Representative to identify new market opportunities and drive execution Work closely with the National Partnerships Team to build key relationships with market partners such as PBMs, health plans, and other reseller partners What you’ll need Minimum Qualifications Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in the digital health or employer benefits space Established relationships with key decision-makers in the employer benefits and/or healthcare consulting industries Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, including the decision-making processes within large employers and benefits consulting firms Ready to establish and refine a launch strategy for adoption within employers, while working independently to execute Strong leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit Preferred Qualifications Expertise in negotiating complex contracts, particularly with large employers, partners, and strategic accounts Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity Compensation: Target $300,000 OTE, structured as a 50/50 split between base salary and performance-based variable compensation What you can expect at 9amHealth At 9amHealth, you'll join the exciting environment of a startup with the stability of highly experienced founders that have successfully built a business from scratch.
