About the Role
We are seeking a driven, polished, and strategically minded sales professional to join our wholesale team as a New Account Acquisition Sales Professional. This is a pure acquisition role ? your primary mission is to identify, engage, and convert new independent retail jewelers and small chains. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and the engine behind our new account growth in a designated multiple-state territory.

What You?ll Do

As an acquisition rep, your day-to-day centers on field-based prospecting and new relationship development. Specifically, you will:

• Identify and research prospective retail accounts through cold outreach, trade show attendance, industry databases, and referral networks
• Visit a base of mutually identified retail target accounts in a given territory every 90 days and repeat that cycle for formal, informal, and touch-base visits.
• Tell the Le Vian story in a compelling way to create retailer demand
• Coordinate with Le Vian product team when making formal brand presentations in retail stores.
• Present Le Vian product collections in a compelling, brand-consistent manner ? virtually, in our showroom, and at trade events (e.g., JCK Las Vegas, Couture)
• Negotiate terms, minimums, and opening orders within a provided framework to close new accounts
• Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate forecasting and activity logs
• Collaborate with account management to ensure a smooth handoff and strong onboarding experience for new clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new account acquisition targets

Travel-Ready
This role is field based. The successful candidate will travel 80% of the time making mostly cold calls to retailers. There will also be requirements to attend select trade shows.
Industry Knowledge
There should be a basic working knowledge of jewelry and/or timepieces and an awareness of the jewelry industry.
Sales Instincts
You are a confident, persistent prospector who knows how to work a cold lead into a warm conversation. You?re comfortable with rejection and skilled at follow-through.
Consultative Approach
You listen before you pitch. You ask smart questions, understand a buyer?s assortment gaps, and tailor your presentation accordingly.
Polished Communication
You present yourself and our brand with professionalism and warmth ? whether on a cold call, in an email, or walking the floor of a trade show.
Organized & Accountable
You manage your pipeline rigorously, hit your activity metrics, and don?t let leads go cold.

Qualifications

• 2?5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fine jewelry, luxury accessories, or fashion wholesale
• Demonstrated track record of new account acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good self-structure and organization

Compensation

• $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annually
