My goal is to grow the team back to six full-time positions to support our continued success. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Paul Baca – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
