About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Media Buyer to own and grow OPF's TikTok advertising program. TikTok is a growing channel for reaching small business owners, and especially bilingual entrepreneurs, with authentic, creator-led storytelling. You will run campaigns day to day, work closely with creators and our creative team on native content, and help turn TikTok into a scalable, efficient source of qualified merchants.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting, including Lead Generation and website conversion objectives.
• Manage budgets and daily pacing to hit CPL and cost-per-qualified targets.
• Run a fast creative testing cadence with the creative team and creators: hooks, formats, Spark Ads, and English/Spanish variants built natively for the platform.
• Source and coordinate creators and UGC through TikTok One (Creator Marketplace) and partner agencies.
• Partner with the Tagging Manager to maintain the TikTok Pixel and Events API, and support offline conversion feedback.
• Stay compliant with TikTok's financial services advertising policies and coordinate with Compliance on claims and disclosures.
• Monitor trends, sounds, and formats on the platform and translate them into testable ad ideas.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with the Meta and Omnichannel buyers to share learnings on creative and audiences.

How Success Is Measured

• Efficient spend growth at target cost per qualified lead.
• Creative testing velocity and creative fatigue management.
• Lead quality and lead-to-funded rate from TikTok traffic.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social media buying, with at least 1 year managing TikTok Ads campaigns directly.
• Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, Lead Generation, Pixel, and Events API.
• Strong creative instinct for short-form vertical video and what makes content native to TikTok.
• Solid analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and platform reporting.
• Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable testing and iterating weekly.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Spanish, or meaningful experience building campaigns for US Hispanic and Puerto Rican audiences.
• Experience working with creators or managing UGC programs.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or SMB lead generation.
• Exposure to Meta or other paid social platforms.
• TikTok Academy or similar certifications.
