Totally About Houses (TAH), a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Louisville, KY, is hiring an experienced, service- and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer to join our in-house lending team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. If you have a proven track record of creating lending solutions for clients, we'd love to have you on our team. This LO will work hand-in-hand with TAH's team of realtors from day one — you won't be cold-prospecting for business. Warm leads and buyer/seller referrals are provided directly from our in-house agents, giving you a built-in pipeline to convert. Compensation: $12,000/year base salary (in-office role) plus commission. Our average Loan Officer earns approximately $100,000/year in commission alone, on top of base.
