Harts Bluff ISD is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educational leader to serve as Elementary Assistant Principal. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that supports academic excellence and the overall development of young learners. Responsibilities include assisting the Principal with daily campus operations, supporting and supervising staff, promoting positive student behavior, enhancing campus culture, and advancing student achievement and well-being. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for working with elementary-aged students and building strong relationships with families and staff. Candidates must hold a valid administrative certification and demonstrate successful leadership experience in elementary education. Qualifications:

Bilingual Preferred

Education/Certification:

Master's degree from accredited university

Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate

Certified Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) appraiser

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of campus operations

Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction

Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness

Ability to manage budget and personnel

Ability to implement policy and procedures

Ability to interpret data

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

1+ years experience as a classroom teacher and/or years experience in instructional leadership roles
