C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Mail Processing Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Mail Processing Specialist: $16.25/hr.; Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, open, prepare, and scan all physical mail
Process electronic communications from customers
Provides mail imaging and data entry support
Input and verify critical information in computer programs
Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously
Ensure confidentiality and security of information

High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, 10-key pad
Typing speed of 30-40 wpm minimum
Proficient in Microsoft office programs
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed
