Data Engineer with SQL and Python expertise

Salary: $105,500 - 175,900 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or modern data platforms
• Proficient in cloud data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills with over 4 years of experience in transforming data for analytical and reporting purposes
• Experience integrating data from internal and third-party systems
• Familiar with structured and semi-structured data in batch and/or streaming environments
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and data quality standards
• Background in supporting analytics, reporting, or externally facing data applications

• Design and create data solutions that incorporate proprietary and third-party data sources for commercial data products
• Develop and enhance data ingestion and transformation pipelines to support rapid iteration while ensuring quality governance
• Prepare organized, high-quality datasets, prototypes, and samples for internal stakeholders and potential clients
• Utilize SQL and cloud-based tools for data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and external teams to convert commercialization goals into scalable data solutions
• Contribute to the creation of conceptual data models and reusable data patterns for future expansion
• Work with application and platform teams to comprehend upstream data flows and devise effective ingestion strategies
