Coordinator, Human Resources

BKF is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our dynamic Human Resources team in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing our employee experience. This role is essential in executing HR functions that include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about working with people. Responsibilities Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all new employees. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Support HR initiatives and programs, including employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with performance review processes and tracking employee development plans. Help prepare and maintain HR documentation, including job descriptions and employee handbooks. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role. Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Travel to various BKF offices. The typical base salary range for this position is $23 - $30 per hour and may vary depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid bi-weekly.
